1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ah33 ("ah33," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ah33 online gaming platform available at ah33.one (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ah33.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the ah33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. In the Philippines, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years. ah33 strictly enforces this requirement and will request age verification documents from any player where there is reasonable doubt.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your location before registering.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ah33, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You have not previously been excluded from the ah33 Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the Platform under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

ah33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on ah33, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one ah33 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. ah33 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and winnings voided.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ah33 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ah33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify ah33 support immediately.

Know Your Customer (KYC): ah33 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ah33 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your ah33 account instantly. ah33 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ah33 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits. ah33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Wagering Requirements: Funds credited as bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to any bonus are generally withdrawable at any time, subject to KYC completion.

• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts.
• ah33 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud or AML investigations.
• Dormant account fees may apply to accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months.
• ah33 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ah33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable across all ah33 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted by jurisdiction, payment method, or player tier.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited.
• ah33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion, will be voided and the relevant accounts suspended.
• ah33 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms.

6. Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the ah33 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

ah33 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studios and are subject to those studios' operational rules in addition to ah33's platform terms.

Bets once placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended. ah33 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Technical malfunction or software error that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet.
• Evidence of collusion, cheating, or use of prohibited software or strategies.
• Manifest error in odds, game parameters, or payout calculations.
• Circumstances beyond ah33's reasonable control that prevent the fair completion of a game or event.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in ah33's server logs shall be the definitive record. ah33's decision on all game disputes is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ah33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be reported and will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the ah33 Platform or its underlying software.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your ah33 account.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

ah33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, ah33 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus balance and void any pending withdrawals derived from bonus funds. Real-money deposits not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may voluntarily close your ah33 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable verification checks.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ah33 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of ah33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ah33.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any ah33 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of ah33's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact ah33 support with full details of your claim.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ah33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or Platform downtime.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from events beyond ah33's reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, network failures, or cyberattacks.

ah33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ah33 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

ah33 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data privacy laws, including the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account with ah33, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• ah33 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform, subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

12. Responsible Gaming

ah33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we provide a range of tools and resources to help players stay in control.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ah33 account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ah33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ah33 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ah33 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ah33 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate a dispute by contacting ah33 support with a written description of your complaint. ah33 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a resolution within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or seek resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ah33 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
